- Gratuity
Gratiuity is not included in the price and not required, however gratuity is always appreciated.
- Children
Most of our ponies have a child weight limit of 80 pounds. If you require a larger pony for children up to 125 pounds we can accommodate upon request.
- Travel
We service Northern Illinois, Northwest Indiana, Eastern Iowa and Southern Wisconsin.
- Petting Zoo and Merry Go Round Location
For the Peeting Zoo and Merry Go Round, the designated area should be as flat and level as possible. Both activities can be setup on grass, asphalt or gravel. There should be no objects or obstructions within a 10 foot perimeter of the activity. For example, buildings and automobiles should be further than 10 feet away from the ponies track or the Merry Go Round. Designated areas should be easily accessible by pickup truck for unloading of equipment.
- Hours of Operation
Sunshine Farm II is our life and we are 24x7x365. Please note that during holiday seasons our bookings fill up quickly so please schedule your event well in advance for a holiday event.
- Schedule
In order to confirm your event we require a signed contract and deposit. Please contact us to discuss in more detail.
- Cancellation
We understand that occasionally customers may need to cancel and we are more than happy to reschedule providing that adequate notice is given. If bad weather occurs, please note that we can provide our Petting Zoo as well as provide handler led pony rides indoors. We will require a minimum of 20 foot by 20 foot indoor area for either; most garages will work.
